The integration of Information and communication technologies (ICT) requires the teachers to be competent, both technologically and pedagogically. In this work, the competences in ICT of teachers are studied, in particular the relationship between the technological competences and the pedagogical competences. For it, it has been used a survey design and a sample, randomly selected, of the non university teachers of the Comunidad Valenciana, to those that have been applied a questionnaire. The ICT competences of teachers are a key variable for ICT integration in school. This paper presents a framework of indicators of competence in relation to two dimensions from a MIMIC model: the first one concerns technological competences and the second one has to do with pedagogical competences. The model includes the definition of a specific relationship between these dimensions and also the effects of a set of relevant factors: personal (gender, age and frequency of computer use) and contextual (type of educational institution, educational stage and access to computer classroom). The influence of institutional measures and technological proficiency on university teaching through digital platforms

Este estudio tiene como objetivo poner a prueba empíricamente el modelo teórico que explica la influencia de los factores de primer y segundo orden sobre la integración de las plataformas digitales en la docencia universitaria. Para ello, sobre una muestra de 495 profesores universitarios andaluces, se aplica un cuestionario online que analiza las funciones de uso, materiales digitales utilizados, competencia didáctica y tecnológica del profesorado, medidas de impulso institucionales, y efectos didácticos del uso.
